Gallagher employs over 150 operatives including carpenters, steelfixers, scaffolders and concrete labourers. Over 50% of these have been with Gallagher for over 5 years.Gallagher's sites are run by highly experienced, competent and committed managers many of whom have been with Gallagher for over 15 years.   Gallagher invests heavily in a training scheme where management and operatives receive regular training and assessment. Gallagher is also committed to the CSCS and CPCS schemes. Gallagher is a member of The Construction Health and Safety Group and The Guildford and District Training Group.
